2023 Beer City Relay
Run the 2nd annual Beer City Relay in Asheville, North Carolina
Pull together a team of 4 and come celebrate beer with us at one of Asheville’s first breweries: Green Man Brewing!
The race takes place on Saturday, May 27, 2023 with the first wave of runners starting 8:00 am.
Each runner completes the same 5k course one at a time.
So, grab three friends and come celebrate Beer City USA with the Beer City Relay in Asheville, NC!
After your done running, enjoy the after-race party with a beer (21 and over). This takes place at the Green Man Brewery, one of Asheville’s original breweries.
Team Packet Pick Up Options.
One team member can pick up the team packets. Please make sure to register all team members under your chosen team name.
- Friday, May 26th, 4:30-6pm at Green Man Brewery
- Saturday, May 27th, 7:00am – 8am at Green Man Brewery
Registration Fees
Early Bird – September 1st thru December 31st – $45
Online Registration – January 1st – May 24th – $50

Team Categories – Team Awards
Special awards will be given out to the fastest team in each of the following categories: All Male, All Female and Mixed Gender. Also, the two overall FASTEST teams (in any category) will receive four $25 gift certificates to Jus’ Running!
Course
Runners race on a 5K loop through the South Slope brewery district of Asheville, North Carolina and the neighborhood around South French Broad Avenue.
This race is produced by Kick It Events Management, a small family owned business producing outstanding events in Asheville and the surrounding area! Come run with us!
